Dr. Sibila grew up in Philadelphia, is married, and has 3 children.  He has been working at TMA for 12 years.  He is an avid camper, backpacker, and skier, and, of course, he is a big Eagles fan (sorry, the Ravens are second).

Dr. Lin graduated from Albany Medical College followed by an Internship at New Hanover Regional/Coastal Family Medicine in Wilmington N.C.  She completed her training at the Family Medicine Department at University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill, N.C.

Her professional interests include Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, Women’s Health, Immunization Practices, and Preventive Health Care.

Her family hails from Richmond, Virginia, but she has lived in Towson since 2001 with her husband.  When not at work, she is usually seen schlepping her son and daughter around Trader Joe's, the library, and occasionally the gym.  When the children are asleep she enjoys reading, shopping and watching movies.

Dr. Konkel graduated from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at York Hospital.  She did a fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of Arizona School of Medicine, followed by training in Medical Acupuncture from the Helms Medical Institute.

She enjoys the breadth of primary care medicine and has particular interests in preventive medicine and wellness, medical acupuncture, and mind-body medicine.

She grew up in Maryland.  She enjoys learning about computers and related gadgets, as well as traveling and taking care of her rambunctious canines.  She has a recently-found love of exercise and is looking forward to improving her time in her next sprint triathlon.

Lori O’Connor finished her Nurse Practitioner training at the Johns Hopkins University and has been working in Adult Medicine.  She particularly enjoys working with adolescents over the age of 15, as well as helping patients manage their high blood pressure and diabetes.

Dr. Lignos graduated from the Athens University School of Medicine, then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Union Memorial Hospital.

His professional interests include management of such chronic diseases as diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood pressure, and heart disease.  He emphasizes the importance of preventive care and a healthy lifestyle in his practice.

Her professional interests include routine primary care for those ages 14 and above, as well as stressing the importance of preventive care and routine disease screening.

In her free time, she enjoys cycling, racquetball, mountain biking, and travel (places with palm trees are preferred!)

Dr. Baydarian is a Maryland native. She grew up in Carroll County but left to attend college and medical school at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. She completed her family medicine residency at York Hospital in York, PA and

served at the chief resident her final year.

Helping patients of all ages attain the healthiest state possible is her primary reason for becoming a family doctor. She believes that health is not just the absence of disease, but rather being as healthy physically, emotionally, and

spiritually as possible. Exercise prescription and nutritional therapy are the most important starting points to disease prevention and treatment. She strongly emphasizes the importance of the patient physician team in decision making and therapeutic treatment.

She is married and has two wonderful sons at home. She is an active athlete and plays on a basketball and football team, and enjoys jogging with her very spirited labradoodles.
